What do I understand as “an opportunity to create straight cut models”?!

“It is the ability to make a model using all the fabric provided, to explore new forming methods, to develop the strictness of understanding the form,” could I answer to a professional designer, clearly and formally. But the spirit of a creator flies higher than the purpose matters.

I’d like the clothes of the future to become closer to a person in the aesthetical and ethical aspects, preserving people’s interaction with nature. I see future clothes STRICTLY individual, excluding any attempts to unify them in similar forming or production methods. Now it seems utopian, bearing in mind what is meant by design in the modern mass production. But still, I am most interested in the concept of models, not limited by any production methods at all.

The most valuable thing in our beginnings (creation of this site and organization of team work) is that every participant involved brings in new ideas, innovates the concept of our method with her perception of the world. It is so inspiring! Thanks to this companionship, our method is constantly developing and expanding. Straight cut method is an abundant river which has countless tributaries. We dive to the depth, walk on the bottom, collect fragile shells and sparkling pearls. Goldfish play in the weeds, stretching their delicate fins to us.
